mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">另一种方法是:压下手柄使贯入针下端面与试料上平面保持平齐,然后调整仪器上部的定长螺母,使之下平面与“ mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">盖” "Times New Roman"">的上平面距离调到25mm "Times New Roman"">并锁住这一长度,再松开手柄。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">以上两种方法的实际贯入深度均为25mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。
6 mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">、测试。首先按数显面板上的清零键清除传感器的初值,即清零。再按测试键进入工作测试状态,同时数显板上第一个灯(测试灯)亮, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">握住手柄向下转动,使贯入针接触试料至贯入到最深位置(25mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">)的过程控制在10 "Times New Roman"">秒钟左右。此时数显出现峰值, "Times New Roman"">同时数显板上第二个灯(峰值灯)亮, "Times New Roman"">读出数显器的显示值,做好纪录,一次测试完成。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">四、混凝土贯入阻力仪试验规程:
1 mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">、混凝土放于仪器底盘上,松开调节螺套,选装上合适的贯入针。
2 mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">、旋动调节螺塞使压力表指针对准刻度零线。
3 mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">、将动作钮子开关置于调整位置,将正反转钮子开关置于正转位置,按工作按钮后试料容器在2 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">秒后。开始上升,待停止以后,即可调整。调整时拧松调节螺套将贯入针调至刚好接触试料面,拧紧调节螺套固定贯入针。再按动动工作按钮,10 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">秒钟以后试料容器升高25mm "Times New Roman"">,即贯入到最深位置,读取压力表贯入阻力并记录,试料容器停留4 "Times New Roman"">秒钟以后,开始下降,7 "Times New Roman"">秒钟后恢复原位。自动停机,一次测试完成。
4 mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">、作第二次贯入测试时必须变换贯入位置,推动手柄使其旋转一定角度,当贯入点在外圈时,变化测点只需推动手柄一次;当贯入点在内圈时,变化它则需推动手柄二次。
5 mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">、在测试过程中,应经常注意压力表指针起始是否在零位,如不在零位应调零。
6 mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">、在不需调整贯入针高低时,可将动作纽子开关置于自动位置,这样在以后的测试中只要按启动按纽一次,即自动作一次测试循环。
7 mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">、每个试样作贯入阻力试验应不少于六次,最后一次的单位面积贯入阻力应不少于28MPa mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。
8 mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">使用一段时间后,旋动调节螺塞至极限位置不能使压力表指针调到零线,此时必须添加油液。
